I explained that I needed it by a certain date and they replied that they’d done what they could to accommodate me. Two days later I received another email letting me know it was shipped. It arrived in a few days and we were so pleased. Thank you so much

I was looking for two bowling balls, but I was afraid that they would get damaged in shipment and then who would be capable of drilling them. Gary was great!!! Not only did I buy the balls, Gary gave me a reference for a pro shop for drilling, and he gave me a coupon code for a discount. The balls I received were in excellent condition. I placed the order at 2 pm and received the balls at 6 pm the next day. You can’t do any better than that. I will definitely do business with bowlingindex.com again.
